A Bates Masi+ home,
reimagined for a new owner

This house was designed and built by Paul Masi as his personal home. As the next owner, I first upgraded the kitchen appliances, and then engaged Bates Masi Architects to design hardscaping, pool, and outdoor kitchen, and replace three roll-up glass garage doors, which opened the living space to the deck, with trifold glass doors. Finally, I converted the unfinished walkout basement to an en suite bonus room/4th bedroom, designing its HVAC, new doors, kitchenette, bath, and millwork.
